Bart is a graduate of Texas A&M class of 1991. He and his wife Christie have been married for 29 years and have 2 children: Matthew who is a commercial real estate agent in Austin and Maxwell who attends Texas A&M. They have lived in Fair Oaks Ranch since 2007. Bart was in the education business as a coach, teacher, and librarian for 28 years. His hobbies include several types of puzzles, watching sports, collecting sports cards and going to the movies. He has even been known to DJ a little on the side.
